| I suggest VERy VERY strongly, that anyone into reggae seed out the bands Katchafire, The Black Seeds, most importantly Fat Freddy's Drop, plus a number of others... Kora, House Of Shem, Salmonella Dub, some Che Fu........GREAT GREAT stuff...seriously, you'll love most of it. |

I miss Johnny Clarke on the list. He never aclaimed international success but
he was the biggest artist hands down on jamaica during the 70's.
Listen to songs like "None Shall Escape The Judgement", "African Roots" and "Dance To The Music"
Wailing Souls should be on the list too..
Then why does Jr Reid and Christafari appear twice on the list? =)

| Matisyahu. Not only is he better then most people on this list, or at least the last quarter, he's also an amazing beatboxer. |

He's got some of the most consistent dub albums ever. |

Does anyone think Damien Marley needs to be on this list? I know it's not reggae in it's purest form, but still.
Also, Scientist should be higher.
I don't know if I should just edit my post or ask lew. |
